Garlic is contained in the main ingredient. but garlic is one of the most harmful foods as onion, plums and chocolate. Why? I cannot believe.

If you look at the study which they used to conclude that garlic is harmful to dogs, the dogs in the experiment were fed the equivalent of 4 years of garlic per day. Anyone would be sick consuming that much. Small amounts of garlic are not harmful to dogs in anyway, and actually have benefits including fighting pests and parasites. My 10 lb dog gets 1-2 cloves per week and it repels fleas better than any topical medications.
