This is perfect steamer for household use. While other steamers advertised a larger water tank (thus longer runtime between refills) , the size of the tank on this one is fine. I get 6 shirts worth of steam before a refill is needed. Out-of-box assembly was super easy, I was able to get started on clothing within 10 minutes. The size makes storage convenient...just tuck into corner of laundry room or utility closet. The clip accessories are useful, as is the brush attachment. Power supply cord is about five feet long so the unit can be located away from furniture and walls while in use. The clip attachment, advertised as helpful for creases, isn't as strong as I'd like and took a few passes and I would definitely buy a mitt or ironing glove for clothing seams...it was difficult to get curled edges on shirts flat without one.

This is my first steamer and I picked it because of the pedal control due to my back issues. It also matches our house decors because of the gold and black color. I love how the steam is very strong and the product looks and feels super high quality, like very premium looking! The steam is super strong and it heats up fast. I think that it's a good deal for your money because the price is fair and the quality is superb. I love the length of the retractable power cord. It's also easy to store in our closet!

I just purchased this steamer in April 2026 and it was working great. Now we are at 9/2/2026 and I cannot get any steam to come out. I am using distilled water and no matter how long it is plugged in and turned on no steam which means wrinkled clothes. Very disappointing!!!!

It works consistently well, and after just a few uses the hose becomes flexible and it gets easier. It produces a good amount of steam and quickly. Ive had zero leaks the past few months. It even comes with a mini ironing pad good for collars and pockets. My only complaint is that the clips are absolutely usless. They can't hang anything heavier than a sock and they can't keep clothing clipped together to get specific folds. You are better off using a chip bag clip. But don't think you can use these clips for a bag of chips. Too weak. This is why I'm giving it four stars instead of five. As long as you only intend steam clothing by hand or on a hanger, this is a must buy, as your stuff will turn out great.

After borrowing a friend's steamer, and reading numerous reviews, I purchased this steamer a little while ago. This unit seems to be better-built than my friend's steamer (i think Jiffy) and it is waaaay better looking. It also appears more powerful and consistent. This is an elegant looking machine, and it is simple to use. I'm hooked on steaming now. I have steamed everything just to see how it works. I am thoroughly impressed with this product, and here is what I have learned: 1. It is easier and faster to steam vs iron 2. You won't get the creases you want from an iron, but it is far better than an iron in all other aspects of straightening 3. You can skip a dry clean session - if your clothes aren't stained, you can definitely skip a dry clean and use the steamer to refresh 4. The hose is the perfect length for steaming clothes, but I wish it were easier to steam couches and long drapes - so if you plan on steaming Everything in your house like me, be prepared to do some minor lifting. 5. A steamer is a must have for light fabrics (blends, linens, polyester). Totally recommend this product!

I have been wanting/needing a new steamer to replace the mini hand-held steamer I’ve had since college and decided to upgrade to this full-size, premium one. This steamer heats up very fast and the steam is very strong. I was able to steam a lot of clothes with one full tank which is impressive. I like that it has two poles which makes it sturdy and stable to use even when I hang a lot of clothes. I also like that the power chord is retractable because the chord is long and that helps with storing it. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade to a durable, premium steamer.

I spent a lot of time researching and reading reviews before I decided to give this one a try. Not worth the money. The amount of steam that comes out is less than an iron. Men’s dress shirts- makes little to no difference. T-shirts works pretty good, but takes longer than ironing. Polyester & silk- works well. The unit is noisy with lots of gurgling and sputtering. Maybe they all do that, I just wasn’t expecting all that noise. As another person mentioned in their review, the wheels do not roll. Seems they are there for show, bc when you try to wheel it, they don’t move at all. You just end up sliding it across the floor. I’m disappointed and sending it back. I really wanted to like this steamer, but it fell short by far.

Lenta al planchar , pensé que por tener metal en la parte de la salida del vapor ...iba a ser más rápida...y no!!! Debes de tener una extensión buena ya que calienta las extensiones.... pero dentro de lo que cabe ...bien!

Awesome good quality clothes steamer. Company was super easy to work with for a replacement part (water tank). Steamer heats up quickly, has an easy foot pedal on/off and strength of steam, retractable cord, and lots of extras.

Steamer was easy to set up & use! It’s also sleek and looks great in a room!

Looove this product. It takes a little while to reach temperature but otherwise great steaming capability. Looks great as well.
