Carefully followed directions: soaked in cold water for 5 minutes then went outside to work with it around my neck. It warmed up to body temperature within minutes. Plus it became slimy once it was wet. I even froze it before using it the next time and only got a few more minutes before it was no longer cooling. A wet cotton bandana would be a much better choice.

I sent the first two back because there wasn’t any jell inside them. Returned them. The second set I received was the same way. Don’t waste your money. Don’t work any better than a wet cloth

My son-in-law loves it for working outdoors in the heat.

All this is, is a piece of bandana. I looked on the website and youtube and followed the directions. Didn't even get cool. What a disappointment and waste of money, even if it was inexpensive. I'd have bought a more expensive version because I needed it for a sailboat race tomorrow. Man would I like a refund!!!!!

I thought it would retain water better but it doesn’t. Not like I had wanted. It really doesn’t stay cool for too long either.

It didn't stay cool or help me stay cool.
