Awesome product, not cheap by any means but excellent for preparing chapattis. Highly recommend it ! Good quality flour, texture is acceptable & super quality. Should be sold in all the supermarkets.

It's a good selection. Obviously gluten free flower is not elastic like the gluten one. I'm adding a little bit of ready bread mixture and this works much better for me.

The quality seemed average, and the rotis were decent. It works if you need a gluten-free option, but the taste and texture could be better.

Loved the service from the manufacturer, Eurostar, they made 2-3 calls to me, called me back to ensure I received the flours at a temporary address I was at. They driver was polite and pleasant, he waited for a little while for me to answer the door. Well packaged. The dough needs to rest as is usual with most if not every dough. Chappatis roll out pretty thin/medium ish. Taste delicious almost as good as wheat flour.

What and amazing Atta for for people with gluten issues. I tried quite a few but this one nailed it. I use hot water to make the dough and its just like any other normal roti flour. It can be rolled just like roti and can play around it with it.

I love this flour, just wish it wasn’t so pricy. Easy to use, great results.
