In line with #1, because they need to be tight to protect your knee, expect these to be a little of a struggle to put on. This is not a product flaw, it's actually a feature! If it is too easy, you may not get the protection you're looking for. 3. These are not just good for powerlifting. They're also great for weightlifting, CrossFit, anything that requires a lot out of your knees. 4. I have found the best way to get these on is to fold them in half (so that the logo is inside the fold, neoprene is facing out), then slide them up your leg. Once you've reached the knee, you can unfold and roll the rest of the sleeve up. There are a lot of videos online that demonstrate this and other techniques. 5. The company is great at supporting its customers! This is not one of those companies that sells knee sleeves and then like paper plates or something--they specialize in fitness gear, so they know a lot about the products. Don't hesitate to reach out to them. I had a sizing issue and they were able to educate me on how it all works (which is why I'm passing the info along to you!).

**Q: Has anyone use them to relieve patellar tendonitis pain when squatting? if so... does it helps preventing pain?**
A: I have knee problems and haven't been able to squat in a long time.  I purchased the ProFitness Knee Sleeves to in an attempt to start squatting again.  I was surprised the support they provided and helped significantly with knee pain.  With the Knee Sleeves, I've been able to get back up to squatting 225lbs for 8-10 reps per set.  That might not be much weight for some, but for a 54 year old with knee problems I'm stoked.

**Q: Does this particular product come with 1 or 2 knee braces?**

**Q: Just got my size medium and they are very very snug.  Based on differing reviews, how tight should they be? Is there a way to decide based on feel?**
A: So that they don't move. Gives you the same feeling as if you are using wraps. So a tight fit.

A: I am 5'9" 175lbs average legs, the medium size was perfect for me.
