The pad heats quickly and is the perfect size for a sore shoulder. Would work well on neck or head. I like that it doesn’t feel heavy when it’s on. It is sewn with baffles so the stuffing stays uniformly in place. Good pad for a good price. I may buy a few more!

Purchase this For my mom to use that the nursing home, she loves it.It's big enough to go over shoulder and kind of down her back , or for her knee warms up really easily in a microwave. It holds heat for a long time.

Soft and does what it's supposed to, however it doesn't stay warm for very long. Multiple times in the microwave over a 30 minute period isn't ideal

I love the softness and size of this pad but they are not putting as much filler in it as they used to. I purchased one a number of years ago and this one came back without quite enough filler. It's a shame because I use these pads every night and they do give a lot of comfort but it's disappointing that even after returning one, this 2nd recent one is still not filled enough.

Heat pad worked as advertised. It took about 1.5 minutes in the microwave to get it toasty hot. There does seem to be some moist heat coming from inside. I used it over my shoulder for a rotator cuff issue. It is large enough to stay in place - good soothing effect. It stayed hot for 10-15 minutes - good thermal mass. Easy to reheat again once it is warm.
