the item looks like expired or something! there is no ink inside its not working at all!

Poor quality product.
The colour ink ran out after about 2 print outs. I won't be buying this again. Very poor quality.

las tintas en realidad son geniales
estoy satisfecha con mi compra las compre para una hp 3050 y funcionaron muy bien son originales y el precio por ambas tintas osea negro y de color es genial es muy buen precio las recomiendo mucho. lo que no recomiendo para nada es la paqueteria en la que me las mandaron esa la peor de las paqueterias si llegaron rapido pero no me las trajeron a mi domicilio tuve que ir por ellas acudi muchas veces a la paqueteria para que me entregaran mi pedido y nunca estaban iva en dierentes horarios y no estaban porque segun andaban repartiendo pero me dijeron que no me podian llevar a mi domicilio osea no entendi ahi la paqueteria se llama sendex y es de lo peor y la atencion muy mal. el producto si fue muy bueno lo voy a volver q comprar solo espero no me lo manden en esa paqueteria

El embalaje fue simple, por lo que no me sorprende que las cajas resultarán maltratadas, afortunadamente no se dañaron, si mejoran ese punto estaría genial ya que este tipo de productos es bastante frágil
