**Q: What is the width? Can I use any tension tools for these ?**
A: The width is about 5/8" wide.

**Q: Do these meet UL 181B-C standards?**
A: No

**Q: do they have the removable tabs,  .  Are they reusable?**
A: No removable tabs, but they are big enough so that you can use a small screw drive or knife to manipulate the locking tab to loosen it for reuse. It's intended for one time use.

**Q: Are these like regular smaller tie wraps with the ribbed edges and latching mechanism ? No special tools correct ?**
A: That's correct, Bob.  Just like the 6", "8" and 10" ones you've probably used, only super-sized.  I use them to wrap carpet remnants around the columns in my basement.  Because these are so large, they are stiffer than the little ones, so if you want to get it really tight, you may need a pair of pliers to snug it up.
