Works wonders!!

Easy to clean, great value for the money, easy to use, with great performance, great quality! My dogs do NOT like to have their hair plucked out of their ears but with this product you can get it so much faster and the dogs like it done as fast as possible!

Great product & good company ethics

This tool is good quality. The company sent a replacement after I received the first tool which arrived bent from shipping. Both tools were shipped in a padded envelope rather than a box. I would think a box is more appropriate. Never the less the company did replace the first tool in a very timely fashion and I am happy with the end result.
