The media could not be loaded. I like the weight of the computer, it's really portable and light. Touch screen works okay but the computer blacks out most of the time, I had a screen flickering one day and was able to fix it. I have had three times when I could not start the computer and could get a message that there is something wrong with the fun but should hit enter, and it worked. Today I was watching a video from my school project and paused it to got run some errands, when I came back, computer could not turn on and plugged it into power but power couldn't turn on.I am so disappointed, I bought this for school and it fitted the descriptions but looks like I have to find money and buy another one.I ordered this computer on 12/28/2021 and was delayed in transit until 10 th Jan 22 when it was delivered. The warrant for HP was expiring that day but was desperate to start my school and didn't bother with that. My return period expired on Feb 3 and am not stuck with it.Looks good, but would not recommend anyone to buy it.
