Really useful book. You couldn't do a more complete text on how to draw female anime\manga characters and it'd be useful for any kind of life drawing.

This is more advanced than a simple beginner's book and shines for it The author not only knows clearly their stuff, they communicate it well through both word and a plethora of very well chosen art examples It is a very good book to use to learn the correct drawing of naked women. The primary focus of the book is pretty manga girls but it's obvious the skillset expounded in it would serve well for any drawing of women There are some areas which are less heavily touched upon than others and, if you're expecting to learn how to draw a woman's intimate naughty bits you'll be disappointed (I'd say it's a 16 plus rating book, not an 18 plus rating, which is to it's net benefit in my opinion) However, if you can live with lots of bare breasts (there are some crotches but not in an, uh, intimately detailed way and, as are the breasts, they're always relevant to the pose and guidance,), and want to learn to draw women, this is a book I'd say is well worth buying

É um excelente livro que ensina a anatomia de personagens femininos sem vulgaridade e com bastante personalidade. Para quem procura livros no estilo mangá ou cartoon, é item obrigatório.

Lástima que solo esté en inglés. Lo encontré por internet pero quise apoyarlo comprándolo en físico. Aunque estoy estudiando arte y anatomía quería tener algunas referencias sobre cómo son los cuerpos más de estilo manga y me ha ayudado a entender cómo deforman ciertas proporciones anatómicas para darle ese estilo. No es perfecto, puesto que recomiendo tener una base en cuanto a anatomía para entenderlo mejor.
