Wood Furniture Repair Kit- Set of 28 - Touch Up Markers

These pens are FANTASTIC!!! Great price for their versatility! I needed them for some touchup work on some old hardwood floors, and the different colors blended perfectly with the wood. The wood filler work well too, but the pens were absolute perfection!

I had a very difficult repair as the original furniture surface was aged and distressed. Using traditional stains to match was next to impossible. This kit and the online color mixing chart enabled me to repair the damaged wood (our bulldog puppy loved the taste and made two holes) and match the colors perfectly. The color tubes provide many mixing options. The wood putty and finishing wax are enough to make a few small repairs. The included tools are adequate to facilitate the repair process. The only points to note are this kit isn’t for large scale repairs. The tubes are small and the color mixing chart is not included in the kit. I had to look at the chart as part of the advertisement to get in the ball park. After experimenting with various shades, it didn’t take long to get the exact match. If you have a small repair, this kit is great, with a little patience, you will get good results. I showed my wife and she couldn’t tell where the original damage was…she has an eye for furniture, so this says a lot.

Worked very well for me

I used this wood floor paint to refresh an old hardwood surface, and I’m very impressed with the results. I was over ambitious with rearranging my dining room and scratched up my laminate floors real bad in one spot. The scratch was white compared to my rustic brown floors. I only used the gray marker which I was surprised blended so well with my floors since they are brown with slight gray undertones. I'm so glad this quick and easy fix helped to blend out the scratches. You can only see the scratch if you are standing right over it and the overhead light hits it just right. It is a light scratch after all so the imperfections to the floor surface are still there. Really effective and great value.

This kit has everything you need to fix scratches and nicks on furniture the 28 piece set covers a lot of ground and the tools themselves are decent quality. Conceptually it’s a great product. The catch is that color matching is genuinely tricky. The markers and wax sticks don’t blend as intuitively as the product suggests, and if you don’t already have a feel for mixing colors you’ll likely end up with a repair that’s more noticeable than the original scratch. Took me a few tries on scrap wood before I got close on my actual furniture. Once I figured out the blending it worked reasonably well, but I wouldn’t call this beginner-friendly. Easy to use, multiple colors for many applications. My dresser has been with me for over 20 years, moving around many places. Shippers don't always take much care (well some) of your belongings that causes dings and dents on furniture. Ordered Realinn repair kit so y gave it a go on repairs. Had very minor scratches on front and sides but the left side and corner was badly damaged. The mid top had 3"L by 1/4"W piece torn off. The corner 2"x1/2" piece missing 1/16" deep. Cleaned it, filled it, sanded, redid till was perfect. Used filler paint and markers to get as close to it's original color as possible. Great product

This kit worked much better than I expected. The variety of colors made it easy to match my furniture, and it quickly covered scratches and small imperfections. It’s simple to use and saved me from replacing or refinishing damaged pieces.

This kit sure came in handy on some hard to match hardwood floors. The scratches needed to be filled in and colored. It was excellent. Great variety of colors to choose from.

The putty can be mixed to obtain the desired shade to match parquet flooring and its grain color. Excellent product.

This kit had everything that I needed to fix door chews on the door moldings, cabinet scuffs, and stairs as well. All colors matched perfectly and you can not even tell it was damaged. Great way to save '00s of dollars in repairs.
