My new Jintu lens
What confused me initially with the product was the fact that on the item description is says 410mm-1600mm lens but when you receive the box it says 420mm - 800mm. However as I hadn't read the full description of the item there is a 2x teleconverter. However confusion aside, the lens comes as I said with teleconverter and claning cloths for the teleconverter and lens, a "pen" brush with two ends for cleaning and a spray bottle . The teleconverter and lens comes with their own drawstring bags. The lens itself is I found surprisingly slim and lightweight I know it doesn't contain the usual motors for automatic focusing etc but the quality of the lens seems to be sturdy and Easy to use. The setup also has easy to follow step by step pics and in the box there is also a problem and solutions guide to hand in cas things don't go as expected. I will probably give more feedback once I have set it up and using it with my Canon EOS Camera. However for £99 for it seems good value for money and at least I don't have a big chunky lens to carry around. Aslo if you do have problems or need to contact customer support, they were very pleasant.

Excellect customer service
There was a small issue with the item on receipt, but the quality of aftersales service in dealing with it was faultless. All sorted now. Kit itself, extremely powerful robust bit of kit. Very nice manual lens - you will need a tripod though no matter how steady you think your hand is

I am by no means a pro…
I bought this for my Canon 2000d. I knew I wanted to try and take pictures of things further away, but being a complete beginner I wasn’t ready to pay out the big money on the Canon lens. This lens is metal, which I wasn’t expecting. It has a handy little case and covers for all the parts. Even has cleaning cloths, spray bottle and brush. I don’t have a tripod, and my kind of photography is ‘ooo look quick take a picture’ rather than having a full set up. That being said this lens has been really easy to get used to! I have only used the x2 extender for the picture of the moon at night, the rest were taken without. I have had the lens less than a week and have been sitting in my garden as long as I can tolerate in 0c! But the pictures on this review have been taken just by hand, no tripod. It’s obviously not the level that Canon lens would pull out of the bag, but I’m blown away by how well this lens performs. It picks up great detail and I know that as my skill gets better the pictures will too. Definitely recommend this to anybody wanting to test a long range zoom lens but not go all out on the manufacturer lens; this will certainly do!

Ok but..
I can see how it could be a budget friendly useful lens for some. But not for me. Although the camera body I have is listed as compatible it really isn't. It vignnettes quite heavily. Sending back

Rubbish
You get what you pay for. Yes its nice and cheap but the image quality is rubbish. I have had a DSLR for a while now and am used to using manual settings. The lens is sturdy and its easy to connect to the camera but I just couldn't get a decent quality photo even with a tripod and a shutter remote. The zoom is great however, the image quality is very grainy even at the shortest focal length. My advice is save your money and invest in a professional quality lens.

Incredible telephoto lens for its price range
Note: these photos have been edited, but its a good example of the type of quality you can expect from this lens. - Great quality (metal & not flimsy) - Great value for money - Very good image quality when you first get the lens it can be a little complicated but it only took me about 20 mins to understand how it works, and it does take some getting used to when photographing fast moving subjects such as planes as there isn't auto focus, but after a while you do get used to using the manual focus. If you have a lower budget and need a telephoto lens, this is the PERFECT choice.

Teleobiettivo straordinario

Funciona aceptablemente
Necesita mucha luz, si no pierde mucho.
