As a tea snob I can't find a single fault with this. Excellent electric boiler! The four heat presets make it super versatile for different needs. I specifically chose this model for the carbon lining to help purify the water, and it really delivers on that end. Such clean water. It’s efficient, easy to use, and looks great on the counter.

Overall I find that the Panasonic water heater dispenser is a good product at a very strong price point when you compare it to its competitors like Zojirushi. If you have these electronic rice cookers, you’ll have a good idea of how this product is designed and works. The unit is made of a solid plastic frame which is quite sturdy. The lid is heavy so it will flop shut as you fill the water chamber if you’re not careful. They do include a handle once you fill the unit after you close the lid so it’s easier to carry out of the sink. I wish the water chamber was removable like a rice cooker stainless steal pot. The demarcation for max fill capacity is hard to read as it’s all in black against the inner coated water chamber. The amount of water it can hold is amazingly as I can fill once and I’m set for a day or more. Boiling temps are available so you can make adjustments with a click of the button and you can reboil. A huge pro is that when you lock the device and depress water; once you release the button, not even a drop of water comes out that could burn you. You can also dispense water with the lid open which I like as I use it to make water that I put in bottles in the fridge. I do this to boil out any impurities and then have fresh clean drinking water. My home always has cold and hot water now. Finally i love that there is a magnetic cord that has a strong connection to the unit but can easily be removed. Also the unit spins on a plastic set of wheels so I don’t have to pick it up everytime. It can just be rotated when many people want access to hot water. Overall a very solid unit at a good price.

Drinking hot teas all day requires hot water at your disposal. Although electric tea kettles boil water quite fast, they are poor for keeping the water at desired temperature for tea brewing. Although expensive, this is one of the products that are essential in a tea lover's life. Besides, I use hot water from the dispenser to get cooking started, cutting down prep time whenever I use the dispenser. I put the machine into stand-by mode when I go to bed. After six hours, it reboils and gets hot water ready at desired temperature. As a bonus, such convenience makes my morning go a little bit smoother and less hectic.

Keeps water hot and dispenses when needed. What else would I need it to do? Decent quality in a tidy footprint on my counter. I'm happy.

Loving this product. I used to have one until it broke that was from a different brand. Having hot/boiling water at my fingertips saves me time. I highly recommend that if you’re looking to save time, try this out. My spouse is very happy as well as we no longer need to wait to boil 😊
