Works for immunity & allergies!
I’ve been taking this for a year ish and rarely do I get sick. I’m a teacher and mom. When almost my entire class was coughing and snotty at the same time my sons were sick, I did not catch what they all had! I share the same air space as my class (no mask either) and I was taking care of my sons while they were sick. I do have to mention that on top of this product, I take another whole food sourced multivitamin with magnesium plus an extra vitamin d3 & K. I also drink an organic superfoods protein powder with lots of probiotics. The combination of everything really helps! Bonus, I notice that when I’m outdoors my nose doesn’t run as much! I use to sneeze like crazy when the grass is freshly cut but now I don’t! Really cool supplement with real foods as source of vitamin and it works for me! Give it a try!
