I’ve been using Dr. Althea 147 Barrier Cream for a little while now and I’m impressed. The texture is rich but not greasy, and it absorbs nicely into the skin without leaving a heavy film. It’s great for protecting dry patches and feels soothing, especially when the weather is cold or my skin feels irritated. I’ve noticed my skin staying softer and less red after regular use, and a little goes a long way. It’s gentle enough for daily use and hasn’t caused any irritation. Completely changed the formula? This cream was perfection, the only thing I've ever used that made my skin feels great. I am so annoyed, the new one doesn't feel as good! My skin is stinging! Why change it!!!!!!!!

Very moisturising and absorbes into the skin well. Everytime I wake up after using the cream my face is so soft and free of rough dry patches and feels great when washing. It has lasted a long time and is up there with the 345 cream.

Great cream, very thick and moisturising. You only need a small amount so the tube will last a long time

Personally I prefer the gel-like consistency of the 345, it feels more compatible for my skin. Great, simple ingredients though.

I have a dry & sensitive skin with acne. It works like magic. I would recommend everyone to buy this product. Very nice fast absorbing product. If you think it’s expensive but worth every penny you spend. Not scented it’s very effective for sensitive skin. No Greasy but perfect. Lightweight. I am really happy & satisfied.
