Hand-cutting nearly 200 individual strips of tulle, manually woven for a three-layered tulle skirt comes next in our design process as each dress is uniquely handcrafted for your little one. She won't be going to a speakeasy but she'll be the talk of your next special event! Matching headband included. Steam dress only, hang to dry. Manufactured and shipped from Ontario Canada. For accurate measurement, please measure from under the armpit to the ankle for length, NOT shoulder to feet. All sizes shown feature a measurement from under the armpit to the ankle.
