Always more effective than the usual options from the drug store. I don’t waste my time with the regular brands - this is my go to!

My wife uses these and really likes them. She keeps a few boxes on hand at all times. Post-delivery female issues have been problematic for years.. They provide relief in situations where RX hydrocortisone units may not be appropriate. She highly recommends them. Four stars ….only because they were mailed in an Amazon paper bag w/o any protection. The product itself was undamaged, but the boxes were pretty beat up.

I had hemorrhoids after having my baby and during the healing process these were the most magical thing. It’s easy to deposit and you can’t feel anything once it’s in there. It felt like all the pain and itching was gone after 10 minutes. Will have these on hand at all times just in case.

The suppositories are not properly formed, there are jagged edges that could be painful if used as they arrive. You can mold them a bit with your fingers to smooth out the edges, but that effort should not be required! See pictures. Also, item arrived and the outside box was stained from what I assumed was internal leakage, but internal packaging was not leaking, so something must have dripped on the box.

I've suffered from hemorrhoids for over 20 years and have probably used just about every OTC and prescription product available. For my most recent flare-up, I wasn't getting much relief from using the regular products I get at my local drugstore. I try to buy natural, nontoxic products and found this through a brief Google search. Let me tell you, this product has worked better in less than 2 days as compared to using those store-bought products for over a week! (Sidenote: I am using this in conjunction with Alleviate All Natural Hemorrhoid Treatment Ointment) My only (minor) complaint is that the packaging is a little tough when trying to separate the individual suppositories, but it's not terrible and completely worth the work to unlock the magic inside.

The shape of these is awful. The smaller end isn't smoothed out well and the rounded end is huge. These work really well but they are downright painful to insert when you're dealing with a hemorrhoid. A smaller, tapered end would be much more comfortable.

I gave this product 5 stars because they work really really well but..... the shape is horrible!!! I'd seen the reviews mentioning this and thought 'how bad could it be' it's pretty bad. I mean, I've used it when I've felt just a mild discomfort and wanted to stay ahead of the game- it wasn't too bad- and then I've used it during a serious case of painful internal hemorrhoids (which is now) and IT WAS AGONIZING! I've been melting the tips so that the edges aren't so rough! Seriously, do something about this! For ease of use and comfort i only gave it 3 and 4 stars.
