**Q: Would the chemicals in this product damage leather after long-term use?**
A: No, I don't think so.  Kiwi is the number one brand of shoe polish.  I use this brand polish on all kinds of leather shoes and have never had a problem.  I like the sponges because it allows me to do a quick touch up.  I hope this answer helps.
