Perfect Product for Scratches on My Percheron
My big girl (percheron) get's scratchy ALL the time. You will find her in the pasture and barn scratching on everything and anything until I started using Coat Defense. This product is amazing. Great smell, stays on the horses legs, easy to use. The product is worth it's price in GOLD, LOL. Happy Percheron Happy Mom

Use on Dogs, livestock or Humans
I can't say enough about this product. I have used it many times on my dog for injuries he gets on his paws from time to time ( he has thin skinned paw pads) or other minor injuries and use it for my horse too as she lives in a herd so always getting bites or sometimes they come into contact with something more serious ( if it's out there, they find it somehow). Small injuries are almost gone the next day and use for allergic reactions too to calm the itch so they don't create hot spots. Recently went through this with my horse who had a reaction to a bug bite. She scratched herself in her chin area all under her head within 1 day. Tried other products which did not control the itch and it became worse. Remembered the Coat Defense. Within 1 day it was scabbing up and I could tell she was no longer itching. Healed right up. Now it's the first thing I reach for. They also make a paste which works great especially on horses, stays on longer and protects. I also use it on myself, safe for people.

works but very very expensive
It actually does work and is very good for minor cuts and scratches and itching. However my friend and fellow horseman who is interested in homemade remedies gave a shriek of horror at the cost and returned with her homemade version for she said a couple of dollars (she gave it to me) which worked just as well. So talk to whomever you know who knows how to put these herbs together and save yourself the excessive cost.

Great for dogs with funky ears
Excellent product to use in my hound dog’s ears. It keeps the yeast at bay and he ears actually smell good
