Raspy motion of 'button' slide and spring action
The photo shows a ruined swirl ring caused by these electrodes. Notice inside the ring the charred spot, this is the top of the ring, so adjacent to the button slider and spring. The raspy motion of these parts caused a significant arc internal to the swirl ring. That should NOT occur! Nearly all of these electrode units had the raspy button/spring motion when compressed between your fingers, it is easily felt. Compare to genuine HT electrode and there is no raspy motion. I found the alternative electrode, 220777, by MAUTO to be smooth action motion at an equally affordable price.

Very short life span, not worth the savings.
Running these electrodes with a brand new 45xp machine torch on a plasma cnc table. They have only lasted me an average of 75 pierces before they start to misfire/not fire at all. Seems like there is something wrong with the spring binding up, because if you spray a little bit of wd-40 or tap the end of the torch a few times, it fixes the problem temporarily. Not worth the savings having to baby the table and make sure every pierce happens correctly.
