Good size, accurate color to the picture, easy to melt, smooth and creamy when melted properly, and dries nicely. I’ve used it for white chocolate figures for the tops of cakes, white chocolate to dip fruit and cookies into, and a drizzle for cake pops. It has a great taste. It becomes gross if overheated, though, so make sure to not melt it too long.

I’ve never worked with these baking chips before so I wasn’t sure what to expect if they were unsweetened unsweetened. But I get it. They’re sweetened to perfection so that you could melt them and dip things in them and you’re ready to go. Milk chocolate has a lot of oxalates and I’m trying to go as low oxalate as possible and white chocolate does not have oxalates. So I’m exploring more of the white chocolate options. I would preferred a no sugar added white chocolate chips so I will keep looking, but these are actually amazing and it’s quite a large bag. They are a smooth creamy, perfectly sweetened delight.

Can believe all this good reviews when this chocolate is good for the dumps.. the chocolate doesn’t melt at all turns into cream.. I dumped the all container in the garbage.. I waste my money .. I would not recommend to my worst enemy..

I love the big container it comes in and keeps it fresh. 2nd time I’m ordering from this company. Easy to melt and you have the container if you don’t use it all. Taste is great also. The price is less expensive than stores and deliver med right to your door
