Cleans but not in 30 seconds
Easy to use but definitely recommend wearing a mask while using. The name is misleading because it does not work within 30 seconds, but spray and walk away is the way to go. 2 days later and it’s still working.I used on my mossy driveway and each day looks better and better. No hose or power washing needed.

Works great, just know the brand name is misleading
This is same stuff as 'wet & forget' - read the ingredients. But their brand name makes some think it will work quickly - this product does not, it is a long term fix, and I've used it for years with great success. It leaves behind a residue that, every time it gets wet (rain), it slowly cleans the underlying surface. This works great on our roof - most roofs in our area have the black stains or even moss. This removes the black stains - over time, and keeps them away. An annual application keeps our roof looking new, as well as fences, walls, etc. Remember - it has to get wet!

Works and decent price
It would be nice if the product worked a little longer - definitely need to do the roof yearly. Bought on Amazon as the price was better than local big box. Will buy again this season after confirming the cheaper price. Better than the white powder you sprinkle along the ridge for appearance but I can't compare performance as I have never used(nor will use) the white powder.

Roof stain remover
We use it on our roof at our cabin.The north side of the roof gets green mold on it and this stuff does the job it get rid of it.

PET OWNERS BEWARE
This product is not intended to work in 30 seconds. It can be applied in 30 seconds (if the coverage area is small), and then works over the next few days. I used it on heavy deposits of moss and lichen, and it seems to work well. BUT BEWARE IF YOU OWN A PET! There is a "Helpful Hint" on the label about not letting pets walk through the product before it dries. My cat may possibly have contacted some wet product on my deck, but I believe she mainly lay down on the surface after it dried and then licked the product off her fur. She became SERIOUSLY ILL and needed veterinary care. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO RINSE BEFORE ALLOWING PETS TO CONTACT SURFACE.
