Redken | Leave-in Treatment, Repairs & Protects Colour-Treated Hair, Acidic Perfecting Concentrate, 150 ml

This redken leave-in treatment is such a game changer for me. For context, my hair is very fine, and my lengths reach my bra strap. I've been using this consistently for 9 weeks. I'm devoted to Olaplex no.3, but recently I went abroad and didn't have time to do the pre-treatment and then shampoo. This leave-in treatment is fantastic. I didn't register the effect it had on my ends until after I'd used about 3-4 times, and then bam! my ends now feel smoother and silkier and bizarrely enough the end of my ponytail feels thicker too. My grey shines and also feels very soft, and my ends don't catch at the end of the brush as it slides through it. I suspect this is because my ends aren't breaking off as easily and the friction from my hairbands are not getting to do as much damage as before because of this leave-in (I don't know, I'm not a hair scientist). What I do know, is my hair feels tremendous, it brushes out without tangles or knots, and it feels like it's in fabulous condition. The smell is also so light and fresh, like others have stated a salon smell, but nothing overpowering and doesn't interfere with perfume etc. also the scent doesn't change over time, especially if I happen to be lazy and not wash it for 3-4 days. A little bit also goes a long way, pretty much like olaplex 3, an amount the size of 20p piece, and it covers my long hair quite well. Now this isn't a cheap product, but given the change it has made to my hair I feel it's worth the spend. I will in future look out for Amazon price drops on it. All in all, a brilliant product!

I love this stuff. It's very light and doesn't make my hair feel heavy or sticky or unwashed. It smells delicious too. It's very easy to use, I just work it through my mids and ends, paying special attention to the ends, and then a sweep over the roots to mids when I've got almost none left on my hands, then brush through. After that, my hair feels soft and moisturised. My hair feels really shiny and doesn't get greasy at all. For reference, my hair is bleached blonde, long (below shoulder blades), a little thicker than average, and wavy (2b/2c). Given how little you use for each wash, the price is actually very good when you look at a per use basis - especially if you pick it up on Prime Day!

I have very thick corse and dry hair. I wanted something that makes it sleek and shinny. I didn’t do this however I did test it on a receipt as a heat protector and it had great results compared to my other dedicated heat protectors. It’s not greasy, very light weight, you really can’t feel it in your hair at all. Smells lush. Kinda pricey but I do think it will protect your hair.

Overall, I’d highly recommend this if you’re dealing with dryness, damage, or just want to keep your hair strong and protected from styling. It’s definitely worth the price for the results.

I have curly bleached fine hair and my hair is thirsty!! I use this as instructed and within a week I have found my hair is less dry and easy to detangle. Girls, I know it is expensive but trust me it’s worth it!! Nice and clean fragrance, reminds me of the shower you have on holiday before you go out for your evening meal, smells fresh

This has really helped nourish my frazzled ends, as unfortunately I over-bleached, and my hair is very fragile now. I don't really like the feel of this as it has a slimey texture (makes me think of snails) but its better than the dry, coarse frazzled feel, and its what my hair needs, so gotta suck it up until my hair is in a better condition. I only use a little bit on the worst areas, and I've noticed a massive difference from the first application. You can use it straight after bleaching as well which is a bonus, i will definately get more, even though it's expensive, because it works.

I’ve used this leave in conditioner for a month now and so far it has been great. When I put the conditioner on it leaves my hair feeling soft and looking shiny however I have noticed that the effects are more visible if I put the conditioner on after my hair has naturally dried for a bit instead of putting it on really wet hair after washing it. My family have also noticed the change to my hair and have used the product and said it was a game changer for them in terms of softness. You also don’t need to use a lot of product so this bottle is guaranteed to last me for at least three months.

Nice smell and easy to use. It seems to add shine to my hair while improving the texture, however, it is not a life-changing product and yhere might be better products for less value.

Ich habe sehr lange Haare und wirklich schon so einiges an Pflegeprodukten ausprobiert über die Jahre, aber diese Haarlotion ist ein ganz anderes Level wie alle Spülungen, Masken, Haaröle und was es sonst noch so alles gibt. Es macht die Haare glänzend, geschmeidig, super kämmbar und verringert Haarbruch, kaputte Spitzen und Frizz enorm! War zunächst skeptisch und fand auch den Preis eher abschreckend, aber lieber kaufe ich ein teures und wirklich gutes Produkt, als 10 Günstige, die eigentlich so gut wie nichts bringen und insgesamt mindestens genau so viel kosten. Ach ja, die Haarlotion riecht auch noch verdammt gut!

Buy. This. Product. I stumbled across this while desperately searching for something to help my super dry hair look and feel alive again. And I'm here to say - you need to buy this! I've used it twice, and as someone who never gets complimented on the health of my hair, today I had at least 10 colleagues tell me my hair looked incredible, and asked if I'd had it freshly cut... only thing is, I hadn't! And the only thing I changed was adding this amazing leave-in into the mix. For added context, my hair is fine, wavy and colour treated...and I wash, blow dry and straighten it daily. So you can imagine how dry it gets. But now, its soft, shiny, silky smooth and looks super hydrated and healthy. I cannot recommend this highly enough. Oh, and added bonus it smells great too!

Para mí este ha sido el producto del año para el cuidado capilar. Pensaba en hacerme un alisado en peluquería pero tras probar este producto noto que no es necesario. Según lo usas las primeras veces no parece hacer mucho efecto pero cuando llevas un tiempo poniéndolo en todos los lavados el frizz desaparece. Es cierto que yo por lo general tengo el pelo liso con poca onda pero con bastante frizz y este producto me lo ha hidratado tanto que también ha evitado que tenga que cortarme las puntas tan a menudo. Es caro si pero el producto lo vale sin duda lo volveré a comprar en cuanto se me gaste. El pelo queda con mucho más brillo y más pulido. Recomiendo incidir en las puntas haciendo un suave masaje en ellas, aplastando con las palmas de las manos en las puntas del producto. El producto es sin aclarado queda en el pelo y es también un protector de calor.

A little goes a long way, so the tube lasts, but it is definitely on the expensive side. Feels more like a treatment than a basic leave-in—but if your hair is damaged, it absolutely delivers.
