Current Manufactured date is 04/2018. This is good 2 years after the manufactured date.

What is the expiry date / use by date?

I believe that the bacteria diminish over time the expiration date means that by that date a significant number of bacteria have died and the product is much less effective.

Does this need to be refrigerated and is it shipped cold?

It isnt shipped cold. I personally keep mine in the refrigerator after receiving it. The website says to •Store in a cool dry place. Best if refrigerated.

The manufacturer only prints the date of production on the packaging and the product is good from 3 years from that date. You will know only after you receive it. You should ask Puradyme themselves if the same appies to probiotics too.
