Variety is the spice of life!
This is fantastic! Using it as a base, 1-2 tsp, with vanilla (a dry spice variety), dry powdered ginger, and shaved nutmeg, I’m able to ape a pumpkin spice latte! As a single agent, it’s also a nice base for cappuccino. :)

The only complaint that I have is that the box was poorly taped and when I got my package, it was open. I'm just thankful that my order was inside. I'm very happy with this product and can't wait to add this flavor to my cookies and more!

Smooth cinnamon flavor
This syrup has a very smooth flavor. If you’re looking for more “red hot” cinnamon candy flavor, this isn’t the one. It’s great in coffee and tea for that slight sweetness and hint of flavor.

Rather plain syrup
I wanted to love this. Expected it to be perfect, from France! It’s just not and doesn’t taste much like cinnamon. I feel like I’m just adding syrup. I’m comparing it to Starbucks cinnamon dolce and there’s no comparison unfortunately. Buying coffee frequently from there is too much $$.

Amazon needs to package this more safely
Product arrived safely, but there was no padding of any kind not even the little air pillows to prevent the bottle from being thrown around and possibly cracked in shipping. Amazon needs to do a better job of this. Other than that, the syrup is good as I was looking for a substitute for the Starbucks Cinnamon Dolce which is currently in short supply. It has a hint of cinnamon candy flavor so it’s just a little stronger than Starbucks but I got used to it easily. The expiration date was far into the future and there was nothing floating in the syrup. I saw these two things as very prevalent in reviews of other brands, so I’m happy to report this is a high quality product. I would have given five stars except for the packaging.
