These are comfortable, stable on the lower arm/wrist, cute as heck and are almost six inches long compared with a couple of other popular brands at just over three inches and more appropriate as wrist sweat bands. For me, three inches is not nearly long enough to protect your lower or upper wrist area when racking, snatching, pressing or cleaning your kettlebells. I like a little bit of cushion for a sense of security and these are it. Yeah, they may be a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.
