Caja original rota y abierta y plantilla limpiadora pegada de mala manera
Buen producto de Laurastar para el mantenimiento de la suela de la plancha. Pero me lo han envíado con la caja abierta y la plantilla medio despegada de la base metálica. Asi no lo quiero, lo he devuelto solicitando reemplazo porque lo necesito. Hay que ser mas profesional y no mandar productos parcheados o medio recompletados con piezas, espero que el siguiente llegue bien en su caja sin abrir y en buen estado. Un saludo
