Avoid These Towels, A Complete Waste of Money
I’m really disappointed with Christy’s towels. I bought a few in different colours and the quality was awful. Threads started pulling after one use, even before they were washed. One towel arrived with threads already running straight out of the package. I expected something much better, especially from a brand that presents itself as premium.The worst part was the customer service. I had just missed the Amazon return window by a couple of days, so I contacted Christy directly. They ignored my emails and my calls. When I finally got through after many attempts, they said they would arrange a collection. That never happened and they closed the support ticket, leaving me completely stuck with faulty towels. They are not responding to my emails.I will never buy from them again. Avoid if you can. I found much better towels at a fraction of the price from The Range, and the quality was miles ahead of what I received from Christy.
