Total cheap junk - do not buy. Even though it is silver, it is made of plastic (not metal). When I put a new battery in (it did not come with a battery), it didn't work at all. Returning!

I love this product. The acupuncture stimulation is very strong. I only need to keep it on #1. And I love that it has a little red light Lazer therapy built in too. Using it for my back and my husband hand that had nerve damage. Hoping it stimulates the healing quickly. Would recommend to anyone seeking pain relief and deep healing.

Decent for the price for beginners ( said from a beginners POV ). It's almost like playing the shock games or pulling the prank gum stick kind of zap. I'm not sure it feels like acupuncture in any fashion and I'm not sure if it helps anything relax without testing it further. It's neat to watch muscles twitch and feel I have something to trick my body that I'm doing something that might help. Anything higher than 3 I felt current through my arms from the fingers / hand holding the pen and the point of contact. The gel helps a lot to get an accurate zap than just a light tingle. Came with plenty of gel, but only came with ball and flat tips. The instructions were easy enough but the guide on where you can touch was so small so I looked online. It feels lower end made but its what I expected. Might be an acquired feeling though.

My Zeerkeer Acupuncture Pen 3-in-1 Electronic Acupuncture Pen for Pain Relief arrived on time as promised without any damage. I gave it 5 stars and it deserves all 5 stars. After reading some of the other reviews I was skeptical but gave it a chance and I am glad I did. The housing is plastic but the unit is excellent. I used it on my hand today. I'm impressed. It knocked out the pain and I learned based on the point, my hand was not the problem, it was a bladder infection setting up. I only used level 1. The print on the chart that is included is too small to read even with a magnifier so I downloaded an app showing the meridians. I am very happy with my purchase and think you might like this little unit as well. It would make excellent stocking stuffers for Xmas. I would purchase again to gift.

I'm not going to lie. This is a cheaply made product, there is no where to hold it that you don't get shocked. I like the attachments and I do think a little shock helps the muscles, you have to keep it on 2 or 3 though. I'm sure this comes from China and I don't use the little jars of stuff that came with it. Who knows what is in it.

The endpoint does zap the area it touches, but it also sends an electrical signal into the hand and forearm. I can’t keep it in one place for more than two seconds.

Your whole body is used as a circuit and consequently it’s extremely uncomfortable to hold the pen whilst directing it to the affected area
