Perfect size for all my stuff! Straps and buckle are lovely. The stitching is excellent and made to last. The leather is sturdy high quality and will soften with use. I love the distressed tanning! I have a sensitive nose and this does have a leather smell but it's not overwhelming. All leather has that same smell and always fades. If you like leather you will love this!

I'm very happy with the purchase of my new leather bag. The strap measures 56" in total length I figured out that I would wear it about 40" so that would be a fantastic length to wear as a crossbody for me. I'm 5'7". I love the contrast of color and the smell of leather. Each one of these bags will be individual as a person. I lucked out because I like the worn look of it already. I'm officially making this my Fall/Winter bag. I like to have just a few bags that can be versatile and useful for each season. I recommend that you use a leather conditioner on it, especially the strap, because you don't want it to dry out. I haven't done mine yet and was going to wait to show pictures after it was done, but instead I'll wait and add those later. This bag measures 9" in height and 11" wide. It's a perfect bag for any average sized woman. I can say it almost has a hippy, throwback feel to it. I might bring it to my local shoemaker and see if he can put some feet on it. That would be the only thing it lacks. Otherwise, I can't complain about anything. Price vs value, I recommend 100%. EDIT: : ( I've started using this bag everyday since Sept 6. Omgosh, lots of compliments but not so great in the long run. Lucky I'm handy. First to go, was a rip in the lining within 1st week. Glued it. 2nd ~had to glue down the clasp on the very front to keep it from not falling out. After it dried, I gave it a wack with a hammer to the back to tighten it up, it's good now. 3d problem~ the strap keeps unlocking from the holes that cover over the top of the bag. Unfortunately for me, I glued it back together WRONG! I will fix it again but it's only January and I'm not certain how long this bag will actually last given all the problems I've had with it. I still like it. I'm careful about what goes in it just because I'm afraid I might break a strap. I'm going to be proactive and keep glue with me. (pic 8) It's only been 4 months, with covid I don't really use it everywhere I go. Take this into consideration when buying. Caveat Emptor~(Let the buyer beware) I'm getting down to 2 stars...

I was a little disappointed at first because in my mind my Kindle Fire was going to fit inside. Ummm, nope. Then I thought I could download a book to one of my Kindle Whites so I could read when I went out to eat. Then I remembered I can't go to a restaurant anyway because of Covid. Sigh..... Covid strikes again. My rant aside the purse is beautiful. Strong, thick leather. The shoulder strap is long enough that I can loop it over my head to opposite shoulder and move the purse to my front beneath my waist. This is a comfortable and secure way to carry it for me and I would think most women. The thick strap and positioning of purse would make it difficult for a thief to come running up behind you and grab it. I took one star away because the buckles aren't up to the quality of the leather. The metal is substandard and rickety. I liked the purse so I didn't send it back because of that issue. I will look into obtaining/attaching solid buckles instead. There was another issue brought up in reviews. The funky smell after unwrapping the plastic. However, I put my hand inside the purse and the leather felt damp. Which tells me it was packaged before completely dry. I took a bunch of dish towels and packed the inside. Let it set for a week and then removed them. No dampness or smell remained. If after trying that you still find it smelly I would suggest putting in a couple of open baking soda boxes and let it set another week.

I really l like the shape, leather color, and all the divisions inside. The goat smell was a little strong when I first received it, but I hung it outside to air out! The shoulder strap with the buckle is a little cumbersome, but overall it a good looking serviceable purse. I will enjoy using it.

This is definitely a leather bag. It is made very economically. There’s a reason why you would spend $500 for a bag like this from another. Overall, the hardware is very nice. The stitching seems to be very even. I haven’t seen any flaws. The only thing that I criticize all the handles, the straps not made of one entire piece of leather, but two glued together and stitched. I hope they will hold up and not start splitting. The interior of the bag is nice. The only thing is when it’s new. It’s very tight. I broke it in by putting objects to stretch it out and it worked very well. It’s now very easy to get in and out of.I can tell that as it gets older it’s gonna get better so I’m going to keep it. I also read it had a peculiar smell. This bag smelled of leather. Not goat poop lol The chain is an aftermarket purchase. The bag is a good size not too big. Don’t hesitate for the price point.

I LOVE this bag. I have NEVER chosen to wear a purse before, but I’ve had this one for a year+, and it’s absolutely perfect. A perfect blend between whimsical, pragmatic, and mature. I can live out my high fantasy D&D renaissance faire dreams AND take it to the county rodeo the next day, and it fits in either way. Be forewarned: it is VERY orange (Will include pictures), and there is not as extreme color variation as the advertised photo shows. The one I got didn’t look a thing like the photo aside from the style. I debated returning it, but decided to give it a leather conditioner bath and stuff it with newspaper (highly recommend) for a day or two and that helped. Age has also made it darker, so it’s still red-orange and not brown, but tastefully so. It also ages like leather does, so prepare for it getting some wrinkles and stretch marks, as all good things do. Leather didn’t have any marks on arrival. Definitely genuine leather — I think the care paper said it was goat. Zippers are aligned well and don’t snag, the fastenings are sturdy. The interior liner does like to lose threads along edges, but they’re easily snipped off. Never got any holes in it. Just the right amount of room; I can snugly fit a legal size notepad in the interior side pockets. A Kindle or small paperback would have no problem in it. This cross body bag is well crafted and suits my needs as expected. It was purchased specifically as a pairing to my 15 year old Doc Martens. I hope they offer this bag in the color black soon. For awareness, the bag does have a slight smell but that is normal for Artisan made leather products and will dissipate over time.

This is absolutely beautiful. I was worried about the smell, as some of the reviews stated. Mine didn't stink, like some here. Mine has that nice leather smell, and will be kind of sad when it's gone. It smells like the inside of a very nice boho vintage shop. The colour looks very nice, and will only deepen with time. Was able to fit quite a bit in the bag too. Everything I need to carry for the day, though I do travel light. But it fits my phone, a couple pieces of fruit, my small notebook, my Apple mini. A little crossword puzzle book, brush and lip balm and small roller perfume. Also it's been light enough around my shoulders to throw over my shoulders and get on my bicycle. I've even been able to fit my kindle scribe (2022 model) without a case though, but I do have pretty bulky cases for it, so the slimmer ones maybe better. Anyway, I hope to have many years with this bag. It's just so nice, and though I dress vintage/boho, this bag is perfect for many different personal styles for sure.

Very pleased with bag. Just what i needed

I love this bag looks way more expensive then it really is. I had this kind of bag for years ( from another seller) but it was too small , wanted to go up a size and this bag is just right. Not too big not too small. It was a bit stiff at first but had it a week now and it gets softer each day but is keeping its shape well which my old one didn’t. No horrible smell( old one stunk for ages) My one complaint is the strap buckle. It’s in the wrong place. This means when worn as a cross body bag , the metal buckle digs in to your shoulder. Now this is not a problem if you haven’t got heavy things in bag but if you do will be uncomfortable. Doesn’t seem to be so much of an issue when wearing it as a shoulder bag. If sellers could just move the strap buckle down a bit it would be perfect. I would still recommend this bag . Will need to waterproof as I don’t think it is. Looks really nice so much room lots of compartments . Love it definitely value for money.

This is a beautiful bag. Just the right size for every day use. The bag is made from real goats hide leather and smells devine, I love the smell of leather and hope the smell doesn't fade over time. The bag is lined with a strong green canvas, the storage is plentiful, the strap is just right for cross body but can be adjusted to fit all sizes. All in all a great bag and good value for money. I would definitely recommend.
