Basin drain trap
Great space saving trap does not let water or smells back into basin highly recommend.

Still working well after several years. Allowed me to have a shallow sink directly above the washing machine.

Stops smells but not the noise of the echos from the soil pipe, easy install good product better of with a proper trap to stop noise also

Used on a surface mounted vessel basin, no larger than a 90 degree waste bend which means I can have a proper drawer in the vanity unit as opposed to the ones which are designed to fit round a conventional trap. Has been fitted for the past few months, no problems with gasses from the soil pipe coming back through the waste and it can drain water faster than the taps can deliver it. Have never had a problem with any McAlpine fittings, they seem to be well made and they work.
