Will it lock in at 90 degrees bend?

No it won't lock it doesn't have the structure to do so, just cloth, some elastic material, velcro latching, no matter how tight you make it, assuming it will hold at that tightness it won't prevent you from trying to go above/below 90' and probably having the velcro unlatch/come off.

Will this help for elbow bursitis pain?

If your doctor recommended a commpresion wrap for your elbow this product would work great. It helped eased my pain and it was comfortable to wear.

After 20 years of hanging sheetrock, I have pretty severe tendonitis in my elbows. Does this provide any pain relief?

For me, it did. Picked it up specifically due to tendinitis and trying to lift weights. It provides support and my pain has subsided substantially

Codera perfecta para el entreno, agarra muy bien. Tienes que tener cuidado con ajustarla demasiado. Además las tiras ajustables se cogen muy bien.

non è ingobrante, calza bene sotto i vestiti e la doppia stringa permette di regolarla al meglio. Piega bene sul gomito e protegge bene, almeno nel mio caso (cartilagine scheggiata a causa di una caduta). Nella considerazione che il materiale è quello delle tute da sub, non ha particolari odori chimici. Non si muove. Meglio indossarla a contatto con la pelle perchè sopra i vestiti è scomoda.
