How much is lactase per drop?

There are approximately 2,025 ONPG units or 202 FCC Neutral Lactase units per 1 drop of Milkaid Drops.

usually a lactaid pill has 9,000 fcc units per capsule how is this better? its only 202 fcc units per drop??

Not sure about precise comparisons with Lactaid pills, but I add 12 drops to a 32 fl oz (4 cups) mason jar of milk and let it sit for at least 24 hours and it works perfectly. Hope this helps.

will these work in sweetened condensed milk?

I am confused. in a response it says 1/2 teaspoon for 1gallon or 128 ounces of milk? wait 48 hrs 99% lactose free . what about 100% lactose free???

Humble English major then asking if it will take 3/4 of a tsp of the milkaid to make a gallon of milk around 99% lactose free?? If true, then will the 15 mls in the bottle of milkaid be enough for 4 gallons of 99% lactose free milk? If it is, I’m fine with that! Although I think I only used 1/2 a tsp in my last batch of homemade yogurt, and thinking now that, yeah, close to 99% probably would be better. So, again, if true… please just share the formula for coming to that result as I am not sure I could ever figure it out again. I’ll be awaiting the much needed answer in a corner, clearing my head with a good book and one of my NA beers! And if I’m wrong, I’ll be using the NA beer in my next batch of yogurt instead of mik. 🤪
