Not my favorite flavor but great for rounding out nutritional intake with power packed fruit and veggie. Pricey but worth it for the high quality natural ingredients. All the smoothie benefits with none of the mess!

Convenient and nutritional with a great taste
I'm not the best at meeting my nutritional values for the day, let alone eating breakfast. While this isn't a complete meal replacement, it definitely a great way to start your day with organic energy, nothing overly sweet, and well rounded nutrition. I'll typically get these for myself but my 4 year old actually prefers these over the little smoothies made specifically for kids. Only took a star because of cost, it's expensive trying to use fresh ingredients for a nutrient-dense food but I do wish healthy options were more financially accessible.

I mix two squirts into a quart of 10% lemon juice 10% tart cherry , Splenda , 80% water and keep refrigerated .
