Ordering any kind of makeup online is always kind of luck of the draw & can be very hitzor-miss. I can't tell you how many YEARS of tubes of truly expensive lipstick, lip plumpers, & lipgloss I currently have lying in drawers. Most of them are rejects due to the colors not being anything close to what was shown &/or described online. Others are rejects due to texture, scent, taste, dryness, consistency, staying power, or a myriad of other things I disliked.Around the Thanksgiving/Christmas holiday season, I decided to look for a nice red lipstick to match some of my red holiday outfits. Red is a color I very rarely, if ever, wear because they are usually either too dark, too bright, too blue/purple, turn orange on me, don't go with my hair & skin color or... 'bleed' into the small lines around my mouth which is, frankly, at my age (75) all too common.So when I ran across the Wet n Wild Silk Finish Lipstick line & saw all the various colors AND at an amazingly low prices... I was overwhelmed! How could anyone possibly choose a *single* color? But then at those low prices (just over $1.25/tube), why should anyone decide to choose ONLY one!? I ended up choosing 6-7 different colors & my total bill was under $10!!WHAT!!...UNDER $10!??! NO WAY!!! That's a fraction of what I've paid for a single tube in the past, AND, the absolute BEST part? These WnW Silk Finish lipsticks are all phenomenal... wonderful creamy texture, it applies smoothly, it doesn't cake up & dry out on your lips, & doesn't dry my lips out once removed! The colors are beautiful (Cherry Frost, Pink Ice, & Fuschia On Past are my 3 favs!), stay true once applied, & have great staying power. I did reapply it after meals but... so what!While traveling out of town for the holidays, I forgot to pack my lipliner, which is almost always a requirement whenever I wear any red or darker lip colors. *Gasp... Disaster!!! But I found even the garnet red color stayed put on my mouth without immediately spreading into tiny mouth lines & looking all feathery! I can't begin to describe what a miracle that was! Yes, I highly recommend this brand of lipstick... great quality especially for these low prices!!BTW One Note>>> these lipsticks are not totally non-transferable but I've seen much worse! If leaving a faint lip print on a glass is a BFD to you, then this lipstick probably isn't going to work for you... but for quite a bit more money I'm sure you can find one that does.

I can not say enough good things about the Wet n Wild Silk Finish Lipstick. Do you really want to pay exorbitant prices for a tube of lipstick in a fancy tube? Prices anywhere from $10 to $40 per tube ? Why do that when you can get a great lipstick from Wet n Wild ? Seriously gals, I have been using Wet n Wild for years. I have tried the “ expensive “ brands, and honestly they are just not worth it. The silk finish provides a wonderful moisture to my lips . It goes on very smoothly. It does not run. The color stays on. It doesn’t dry out on your lips . It is not sticky . You have your choice of so many amazing colors. And , rather than paying premium pricing for one tube of lipstick from high end sellers , you can purchase a tube in several different shades to go with different outfits. I have my favorite shade, but I keep several shades on hand. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been asked what type of lipstick I’m wearing and how many people were surprised that I wasn’t wearing a high end brand .

For over 40 years, I bought mostly high-end designer lipsticks. A friend introduced me to Wet n Wild, and I was pleasantly surprised. While searching for shades that complement my medium-to-dark skin tone, I came across this one. The price was so affordable that I decided to give it a try.The colors are beautiful, fun, and very flattering. I did notice that the lipstick doesn't glide on as smoothly as some premium brands, so the first coat can look a little uneven. However, applying a second coat solved the problem by filling in the small areas that were missed, leaving a much more even finish.Like some other reviewers have mentioned, the formula is a little on the dry side. Personally, I didn't find it bothersome because it's only slightly dry and still feels comfortable enough to wear. Considering the variety of colors and the exceptional value, I'm very happy with this purchase.

Super cheap while still being quality. It lasts a decent amount of time, around 6 hours if you don’t drink or eat anything too messy. Easy to apply and feels smooth on the lips. The color matched perfectly to the shade that I ordered and didn’t smell like chemicals either. Love this lipstick!

I love this lipstick. I love the color and have been wearing it for years. It is very deep and rich and vibrant. It goes on very smooth. However it lasts for along time but doesn't last all day. It does keep my lips feeling feeling moisture.It is very inexpensive which I love. Compared to the more expensive brands, there is no difference.

Totally worth $1.25. Formula is moisturizing and creamy without spreading all over your face and it stays on. Somewhat sheer and buildable, the blue pearl has a nice sheen regardless of the amount. This reminds me of my favorite lipstick shade from the early 80s, but with less neon. I wish the cap stayed on better.

I ordered this Wet n Wild lipstick purely to add a little extra to my cart so I could reach the $25 minimum for Prime overnight shipping. I don’t typically wear lipstick, so I was honestly a little hesitant because you never know if the color in the picture will look the same in person.I was pleasantly surprised! The color is very neutral with just a little bit of sparkle, which I actually love. It’s subtle enough for everyday wear, and I’ve even been using it more like a tinted lip balm/ChapStick because it feels comfortable and adds just a little something without being too much.For the price, this is a great value. I’m pretty budget-conscious and probably wouldn’t pay much more than a dollar for something like this, but at this price point it’s absolutely worth it. If you ever need to add a small item to your Amazon cart to reach that free overnight shipping threshold, this is one I’d recommend!

I have to say, I was surprised by the creamy texture and overall good quality of this lipstick. It's pretty true to color... maybe a tad more "baby pink" than I expected but still wearable. I'd prefer it to be more matte but the amount of "sparkle" is kind of understated so it's fine. I can live with it.For reference, my skin is pale with olive undertones and this color works pretty well with my skin tone which isn't common. I dust a bit of nude eyeshadow powder over my lips to get the tone just right.
