Cytisine. And it does work. Follow the instructions. Need to look them up yourself for all the stuff is written in Polish. Or whatever language Poland speaks. I smoked for well over 30 years and quit. Don’t know why this Isn’t in every drug store in America

Will this help me to give up my nicorette gum? i don't smoke (never have) but i got hooked on nicorette. will this work for me?

I have no idea, for me these pills helped me quit smoking. I smoked for several years, and after a few days of taking the pills, I stopped. I don't know how this works for nicorette addiction.
