I keep a bottle of this product onhand. I primarly us it prior to going to the gym. Works great, powers me through my workouts or long walks. The only issue is I sometimes crash at the end of the day. For me that is not an issue. Great product.

This works great for the young men in my house! 1 pill only. I know this company and I like the complete list that is in this multi. I have no fuss with them. No stomach upset. I dont know why it is more expensive than the women's multi. that would be my only negative. I Highly Recommend.
