Dried Pitted Prune, Hand-Picked by Our Farmers Around the World
I searched for "Kosher, Hand picked Unsweetened, Unsulphured, No sugar added Prunes" for the benefits of my vision improvements. It contains Dietary Fibe 3g, total sugar 9 g, no added sugar, Iron 0.2 mg, Potassium 120 mg indicated as Nutition Facts: Prunes are low glycemic that they won't spike blood sugar. It contains K1 which helps better blood flow to delicate tissues including eyes. I take 2 dried prunes 45 minutes before bedtime as recommended. Options: may take it with Greek Yogurt with Pistacchio nuts. It's too early to comment on its efficacy but I enjoy good quality as snack.

Yummy and healthy
I have to say these are just delicious. They are well worth the price. The quality of them is incredible. I switched from buying the namebrand because I find these are more moist. The texture is better and I think they carry nutrients better. The bag feels better than the alternative which keeps the moisture in. It takes me an awful long time to eat the bag so that I don’t have tummy troubles and even if it takes me 2 to 3 months, the last ones are moist overall five stars.
