It is like not having anything behind you
It's a very soft standard size pillow with a small 6" to 7" puuff on top of it. It is like not having anything behind you. I'm going to make my own. It is not worth the time or the money.

This is a great pillow
I have had one of these pillows for over 5 years now (on my 4th one) and will not sleep with out it - I even take it when I travel. The shape really keeps my neck and shoulder supported and my arm doesn't fall asleep in the middle of the night like it used to. I have recommended it to friends who also have become hooked on it. Just a great product.
