So you have to have the app and your phone open for it to work?

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us. InvisaWear works with a connected smart phone that’s within 30 ft.  The app is compatible with most Android devices running Android version 9.0+ and iPhones running iOS 11.0+.  Please note that your phone must be compatible with Bluetooth Low Energy. 
 
In order for your phone to recognize the Bluetooth signal sent from the invisaWear app, the app has to be running on your phone (doesn't need to be on the screen, just running in the background) so please don't force close out of it.

If you have an iPhone, you can leave the app running in the background just please make sure you don't double tap the home button and swipe up on it. If you have an Android, when you leave the app, please tap the square menu button not the arrow. The arrow causes you to close the app.   Hope this helps!

Question 2

Does the app need to open and running on the phone for it to work?

Thanks so much for your question! The app needs to be running in the background for the alert to be sent. As long as you don't force close out of the app, the invisaWear will be able to communicate with your phone in an emergency. If you have anymore questions, please don't hesitate to let us know!

Question 3

An you check location of pendant without the user requesting help? I would like to get one for my two year so I could track her location.
