Excellent product but wrong size delivered a few times
I have been buying this product for a few years now for my mother. Pros - 1. Size - This comfortable size of XXL-XXXL is only available in KareIn diapers. 2. Fit - Very perfect size, the fitting is very good, elastic is quite good. 3. Material - Very good material holds in a lot of liquid, giving a dryness feeling for a longer time. 4. Price - The price point is very competitive, its cheaper than most of the peers. The product deserves a 5 star rating but I am giving only 3 stars because of the major problem below. Cons - 1. Wrong size delivered - I had ordered 6 diapers just recently of XXL-XXXL size, 3 of them were the right size. But other 3 were of XL size which are useless for me. And this has happened over a few other times as well. 2. Non-returnable item - Since this is a item which can't be returned or exchanged, for no fault of mine half of my order is wasted.

It is unbelievable to get the item packed in such a worse condition. One packet found missing. Necessary action required.

Manufacturing defect 4/10 is useless
I purchased this adult diaper pack for my parents. Upon opening one packet (out of 10 units), I discovered that 4 diapers had a manufacturing defect , they were not stitched properly on both sides, rendering them unusable. This raises serious concerns about the quality control at the manufacturing stage. Since only one packet has been opened so far, I have no way of knowing whether the remaining unopened packets have the same issue without opening and checking each one individually,which shouldn't be necessary for a sealed, factory-packed product. For a product meant for elderly or medically dependent users, this level of inconsistency is unacceptable. I'd urge the seller/manufacturer to improve quality checks before packaging, and I'd request a replacement or refund for the affected batch.
