I have been using this for a couple of weeks now taking one tablespoon a day and I have to say I have noticed a big difference in my joint pain and mobility. I have been rehabbing knee and rotator cuff issues and definitely feel less pain and more flexibility of motion. I plan to continue using this product and will up the dosage to see if it further enhances my results. I also think my hair is growing a bit faster (I dye it so I can tell) and fingernails too. Overall I'm happy with this purchase. It's just like water but has a weird flavor I can't really describe adequately. It's not particularly tasty but it's certainly not horrible at all, kind of like liquid zinc maybe? But it's bearable and easy to take. I'm actually starting to kind of like the flavor or perhaps just got used to it. But I'd recommend trying this is you are struggling with joint pain. Updated: this stuff is nothing less than miraculous for me! After 2 months I was virtually pain free but I ran out for 5 days before the next order arrived. Let me tell you, over those 5 days I gradually began feeling miserable again and realized just how effective this supplement has been for me. I took it as soon as it arrived and 4 days into it I'm already feeling a HUGE difference! I'm so glad I tried this product. It's a bit expensive but at least it really works as purported and improves my quality of life so for my overall health it's worth it! Update: I am a repeat customer. On my 4th bottle and I have it on autoship so as not to run out! Highly recommend for joint pain.

I’m not one for writing product reviews. But I had to for this product. At first, I thought the price was a bit expensive. I decided to invest in myself anyway. I had thinning hair, alopecia in some areas, and I could not retain my hair length. when I tasted the product, I thought it was some kind of joke and I thought for sure this isn’t gonna work because it literally has a faint taste to it. I tried it anyway, though cause I was desperate. I’m happy to say that After using this product for about two months, my hair has grown back, breakage has stopped, and my hair is getting fuller. This product really works!!! The price is so worth it. Do not hesitate. Give it a try.

This product started to show signs of pain relief after 2 weeks (which is where I am now). My hands are in much less pain and I can't wait to get to a month, or more, of this helping. I also take collagen on the side, and I assume they boost the speedy results and efficacy of each other. I intend to continue taking this and hoping that the pain relief continues to other areas of my body. There isn't much flavor, which I was happy about, but I understand the complaints about the plastic bottle. I don't know if the slight flavor is the actual product or the bottle it is in, and it was delivered warm- since it says to keep it refrigerated, it seems like it should be kept cold or cool during delivery. There is no measuring cap included, but I used a new and unused cap that I had for a different product to measure it, and it turns out the bottle cap (filled 2 times) is almost the perfect size for the recommended dose. I wish they would switch to a glass bottle, both for the benefit of the environment and for the quality of the product. Still. I recommend it highly to anyone with joint pain and stiffness. I'm only starting my journey into the world of supplements and vitamins, and I'm glad I took my time reviewing my options. Based on the reviews of other companies and review boards, this is the best form of silica you can get, and also the best company to buy it from.

I ask my 70 year old Chiropractor what he used to keep his hands and fingers so limber He told me about Orgono Siliplant and where to get some I did and within a week of taking it daily I really saw the deference in my hands and fingers. This product has zero taste. I take 1 tablespoon a day not three or four like they recommend due to the cost. But I will tell you, my nails are growing faster and they definitely seem stronger than anything else that I have tried. And I take collagen on a regular basis and also biotin. I have not noticed any of those helping my nails. I’m still undetermined after a month about what it has done to my hair so I would assume another month and a half. I should be able to tell better. If you could afford it, I would say it would be totally fine to take two or three times a day. But again, I only take it once.

I have been taking it for just over a week now so still to early to see if there are any changes. I don't mind the taste of it though. Water with a little zing to it.
