Put them on while hot over a pair (or two if you like wiggle room) of socks and they'll conform to your feet as they cool. You can stretch them up to two sizes up or down that way, so if you're a size 8 with size 6 width feet? They will shrink around your footsies. I'm a diabetic with neuralgia pain in my feet, size 10 1/2 and their size 11's fit me with some room in the back that is perfectly filled when wearing socks in winter.
