They are very stable. They provide great traction. They installed easily and fit my bike wheels perfectly. I put these on my 2017 Specialize Rockerhopper, 29" factory wheels. They work great. The arrived in a standard box, folded. I set them in the sun for about 5-10 minutes, and they were completely unfolded and ready to install. I utilized tube inserts and they inflated and locked into the wheels just as you would expect the tires to do. I was replacing a lighter weight tire that had a thinner sidewall. I was getting pinch flats and needed something with a bit more material and stability. THESE TIRES WERE THE SOLUTION. I've not had any pinch flats, riding in the same terrain and also have had a noticeable increase in traction and stability. When researching replacement tires that would address my pinch flat situation, I learned about the "TPI" rating. These are rates as a 60 TPI, which is the most robust TPI you can get. This means that the tire has more material, more sidewall, and is a more hearty tire... it also means that this is the heaviest option. A couple of hundred miles have been ridden already, and they are showing normal wear, nothing stands out as abnormal or excessive wear on the tires.
