3rd time purchase. I put one more filter on faucet, so I can see the water quality after this Waterfrop filter. 1st and 2nd purchased filters were good. 1 year using still the last fiter was clean. but, this time totally different, after 1 month, the last filter becase very dirty. It means Waterfrop filter does not work properly.

I have been using this system for approximately 3 and a half years and love it. The water tastes clean and usually last about a 1.5 years between filter replacement with regular use between 2 people. We each fill up our water bottles everyday before work which holds about 2 plastic water bottles worth of water to get an idea of volume. Easy to tell when it's coming to the end of it's life. Easy to replace and install yourself.

This Waterdrop replacement filter is top quality — crystal-clear water with noticeably improved taste and no odors. I’ve been using the Waterdrop under sink system for over a year now, and this cartridge is a breeze to install. Took me less than 2 minutes to swap out the old one. Becky in customer service was fantastic. We haven’t been using the Waterdrop system for years without any problems. However, when the latest replacement filter arrived, installation resulted in the water flow stopping completely. After explaining the problem to Becky at Waterdrop, I was shipped a complete new unit + extra filter. I love the under the sink model. Incredibly easy to install and the water quality is excellent. I never used to drink tap water but now it is delicious.

I had the filter for nearly 2 years, but it was time for a change, the water coming out had started to smell like a fish tank, so I purchased the new filter and the water is back to being scent and flavor free. I live in a large city so the flavor of chlorine is always present, it changes throughout the year, but it's always there. This filter has certainly taken care of that, although it says it lasts 2 years I would probably change it closer to every 18 months. I definitely recommend this product as it does help with the flavor of city water. I did an analysis on water particulate and disolved solids as well, and it didn't seem to look much different, but the carbon filter part definitely works great. I like how easy it was to install, and to change the filter.
