What all comes in the set? Are the handcuffs metal? Do they come with keys to unlock, and can the handcuffs be taken off without keys? Thanks!

It comes with the jacket and a hat. Both are cloth material and can be machine washed. It comes with a badge where you can write your child's name, as well as put a picture on it (it is a sturdy one too). The accessories are a badge, handcuffs, a ticket, and walkie talkie. All are of plastic, the walkie talkie works and makes sounds and lights up. The handcuffs are plastic, and can come off easy with the side button pushed (do not remember if they came with keys). The ticket is like a plastic/ cardboard material like the id badge. All of the accessories are nice, and decent (not really cheap). None have been broken in our set and we have had it for over a year. Only thing is the front of the hat is made out of bendable plastic/ cardboard and my sons got bent and looks weird now (we washed it in the washer machine and it messed it up). I cant fix it..but other than that it is honestly a great buy! The jacket is thick enough to be a light jacket on outings too, or as a Halloween costume. You cant find a Halloween costume as nice quality as these though. We have the fireman set also. I hope this helped! Will this costume fit a child size 6 or 7?

It would depend. My son is 4, and tall but very skinny. It is too big on him, but wearable. I would say that it would probably fit an average sized child of 6 or 7.

can you wash this coat

I am really not sure, I haven't had it long enough to wash it. The tag says: " Machine wash separately, cold water, gentle cycle. Only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low. Do not iron. Do not dry clean". Hope this helps!

This set is listed as deluxe.  Is there any difference from the regular set?

I am not sure. This one has withstood 2 boys age 3 and 5. It is still looking like new. I would recommend it.
