Very frustrating bc when I purchased the description said that it dud but now the description says the truth- that it dies not **Q: QA why do I have to use the screen protector that comes with the case if I already have one on my phone** A: I used my own screen protector. The only problem that I have had is the case started to push my protector at corners causing it too bubble up **Q: It doesn't work. How do I return it for a full refund?** A: Either bring it back in the original packaging or something from your home like an envelope or a box to a designated drop off destinations such as the UPS store. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great case, better customer support! *by on Reviewed in the United States December 24, 2021* I bought this batter about 7 months ago ; it started malfunctioning like not charging my phone all the way and turning off. I contacted the company, after a bit back and forth about what’s going on I got a brand new case in the mail 2 days later. Also it comes with a lightning charger and a screen protector. 30 bucks? For sure! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Battery charger case update *by on Reviewed in the United States November 14, 2023* I love this case and I’m quite pleased with how it functions .Well I was happy with this case, but last week the battery decided to swell up and split the case, so I removed it. I purchased a different brand and hope it works out better. ### ⭐ Stay away *by on Reviewed in the United States August 13, 2026* Product is garbage. Since about the third week I’ve had it, I get a liquid detected warning and the phone won’t charge when the case is on. Phone charges just fine without the case attached. There’s been no liquid damage to the case. ## Frequently Bought Together - GIN FOXI Battery Case for iPhone 12/12Pro, Real 7000mAh Ultra-Slim Battery Charging Case Rechargeable Anti-Fall Protection Extended Charger Cover for iPhone 12Pro Max/12/12 Pro Battery Case Black - PopSockets Phone Grip with Expanding Kickstand, Adhesive Grip - Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/284209976-battery-case-for-iphone-12-12pro-real-7000mah-ultra-slim](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/284209976-battery-case-for-iphone-12-12pro-real-7000mah-ultra-slim) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-19*
