Fits good and stays on and is easy to remove without taking your skin off with it.

It works it helps me breath,tried everything only two things work this and another one a spray

Heat melts the glue
Once I figured out how to get them to stay on properly I realized that at night one side was coming off. Just the heat of my body and the glue releases. Then in the morning you must use hot water to release the rest of the glue or else it’ll be on your nose all day.

Ordered large tan got regular clear.. Opened one before I noticed so no return.
These clear are garbage compared to the large tan

Based on the product description I had ordered " Tan Extra Strenght" Breathe Right strips. The product I was sent was sent was a clear extra strength Breathe Right strip. It works, kind of, but it was not the product I had ordered. Disappointed.
