Premium, in taste and price. You get what you pay for.
I became a coffee lover while living two years in Spain. For instant, this is the best I've found. At $2.80 per serving ($17/6), it's very expensive for instant. I use mainly when traveling ... an excellent cup of coffee when flying or at hotels, is well worth it, but far to expensive to use frequently at home. Wish they sold a bulk size at much lower price point.

Would repurchase as a treat!
So fruity and flavorful for my 2025 dalgona resurgence. A bit pricy, I would repurchase as a treat! I tried their variety pack and unfortunately don't know enough about coffee to have a favorite, but I really liked them all.

Expensive but tasty
Tastes great for instant. I dissolve my instant coffee in a bit of cold water and then add the boiling to prevent it burning. Packet dissolved easily in just 2oz of cold water. It is unpleasantly strong in just 10oz of water as recommended. I find it much better in 20oz of water, makes it last longer also. Threw a couple packs in the glove box and a few in the backpack, I'm interested to find out how they hold up to temperature changes over time. Took a star off for the price, not sure I'll buy again unless is becomes cheaper.

Coffee-adjacent
I travel a ton for work, and can't stand Keurig (or worse, those bizarre coffee tea bag situations), so I got this to see if I could do better. I haven't tried instant coffee in years, so wasn't sure what to expect. This taste like coffee, but ...weird. Overly fruity and vegetal. I'll probably bring it on trips with me, but won't re-order.

Surprised at the quality!
It is only a point or two below fresh french press gourmet coffee I make at home. It may be pricey, but I don't expect to be making instant everyday, so the extra price is worth the quality. Note: the 10oz recommended water amount seems like a lot for the amount of coffee in the packet, but it is really well balanced at that amount. I would suggest starting with 90-100F water at 2oz to dissolve and followed with 8 oz of 140-160F to heat. Overall, great coffee! :D

Disappointing
This coffee was supposed to be dissolved into 10 oz. of water but that is far too much for the amount of product in each envelope. It resulted in a very weak cup of coffee, unsatisfactory taste and potency. Will not purchase again.

Impressed. Very nice acidity.
I grind locally roasted beans every morning, and I drink my coffee black, so there is nothing to doctor it up. Sometimes in the afternoon, I want a quick cup of coffee or tea. I had read some instant coffee reviews from a notable foodie magazine, and this was the top pick. So, I thought Iโd give it a try. Iโm glad I did. I was impressed. It doesnโt really have that instant coffee taste that I was expecting. And it has a very nice acidity to it. Each packet makes a full ten ounce cup, as well. I was expecting it to be a weak cup with all ten ounces of hot water, but it was perfect. Given the choice of this or a cup of brewed coffee from the grocery store shelf, I would choose this one in a heartbeat.

Better than most, still not good.
I travel a lot and have high coffee standards. If there's an instant coffee that even approaches the level of a nice cup that I make at home, I want to try it. While this instant coffee does not have the horrible chemical bitterness and astringency present in most popular instant coffees, it still has that odd "instant coffee" flavor. It's a hard flavor to describe, but you'll know it instantly when you try it. At any rate, that is all I could taste - there were no other dominant flavor notes in this. I wouldn't buy this again - I'd much rather haul around beans, a hand grinder, and my aeropress/travel pourover set-up than drink this. So: it's a swing and a miss. Mostly.
